Last November, the european Opensource Experience event hosted two Tock-related presentations: the LinTO conference by Linagora (leveraging Tock) and a Tock demo by SNCF/TOSIT.fr.

Replays are available for 20 minutes from zero to live chatbot with Tock (live demo) as well as LinTO : framework vocal open source, souverain.

The French ENEDIS company has been leveraging Tock for several years. After the success of their internal assistants, a chatbot is now available for customers on the company Website: ENEDIS.fr.

After the Do Tank Data Science: NLP late 2020, Tock meets again with IMA (Innovation Makers Alliance) to present the solution in detail, as part of the Open Source route, with SNCF and Enedis.

Late 2020, INSERM SNCF and Allo-Media will share their experience building the AlloCovid conversational service, based on Tock, at the Voice Tech Paris 2020 conference.

Last September the AI Paris 2020 conference hosted a roundtable discussion and a ROE about AI & Open Source presented by big French companies (namely SNCF, ENEDIS, MAIF and TOSIT.fr).

First was the roundtable discussion, the the return on experience with Tock and Mélusine.

Built around a Tock bot, the French AlloCovid service informs and guides population about the Covid-19. Designed by French experts, partners and volunteers, it is available by phone, on the Web and WhatsApp.

In 2019 the Acteurs du Libre award for the Best Open Source Strategy is given to SNCF for creating and sharing open platforms such as Tock (e.Voyageurs) and Navitia (Kisio Digital).

SNCF prepares a two-day open hackathon on Conversational AI using its Tock platform. Everyone can register and bring coding skills and use cases, such as travel, accessibility, entertainment... May the best team wins!

The TOSIT "The Open Source I Trust" association creates a WorkGroup dedicated to Chatbots, in order to share about open conversational solutions - such as Tock already leveraged by several of its members.
